Mayflower Heart - Guest Heart Thursday
When Sissy and I went for our last walk through the woods surrounding The Abandoned, we found white Trilliums, sunny yellow Johnny Jump Ups and purple May flowers carpeting the forest floor.
I find the purple color of the delicate Mayflower blooms almost impossible to capture on my camera. But I think I caught it this time--and look! The flowers form a heart--perfect for Guest Heart Thursday.

I am so glad this one finally came out on your camera. Since we've been working on catching one in bloom for two years now!!! I think the heart is the Mayflower's way of saying thank you for finding me, and sharing me with the world. :=}
very beautiful, Beth
