Sparkle Dewdrop Heart -Guest Heart Thursday
I took this picture on one of my walks through The Abandoned with my darling Sister a few summers ago. The sparkle at the bottom of the heart seemed magical to me. When I found it again just now--the magic of that place still has power.

Springtime Emeralds - Weekend Reflections
Here in Oregon, Springtime and rain go hand in hand. As a Native Oregonian, I have loved the rain in all its moody dampness. I especially love the way its drops tremble on the petals of Spring flowers and grasses. One can see so much beauty in a raindrop.

Beauty in Miniature - Weekend Reflections
I love to discover unexpected surprises as Sissy and I walk together. Along the railing of a lost bridge, we find Beauty in Miniature--tiny worlds, all their own.
Small places where the sunshine sparkles into darkness, revealing exquisite lichen. One wonders if faery lands could be seen if one could only peer a little closer.
Overhead, clinging to its fragile gossamer roof, there is sparkling loveliness in abundance here.
Have a lovely Easter weekend everyone!
